By reviewing this material, we are able to determine whether or not more evidence is needed, the type of evidence needed, and how to find it. We are also able to determine a critical lack of evidence in certain situations.

The Records
Dr. Krouse and his team are able to review all types of records relevant to a forensic investigation in order to establish cause of death, injury, or disease. Evidence Review
We can review evidence to determine mechanism(s) of injury or death. This typically involves photographic external evidence, medical records and related reports. In order to provide the greatest level of accuracy, all relevant documentation and materials, regardless of how seemingly insignificant, must be provided.
Autopsies
Our forensic laboratory facilities are state-of-the-art. We are able to complete full autopsy/necropsy, and secondary autopsy examinations on our premises or at an approved, certified, and accredited location near you in Texas. Follow-up laboratory testing is available as needed at an additional fee.

Records Evaluation
We evaluate live victim reports, police reports, accident reports, and we can perform incident and accident reconstructions in order to determine mechanism(s) of injury and death if necessary. In order to maximize accuracy. Please be sure to have as much material relevant to the case as possible.
Expert Testimony
Dr. Marc A. Krouse has testified in numerous legal hearings; deposition and trial as a qualified expert in forensic pathology. He has served this role in both criminal and civil matters. Juries have remarked in the past that Dr. Krouse's testimony was the "most believable". They also remarked that when he talked to the jury during proceedings, he did a very effective job of explaining his findings.
